Consumers are required to pay at least 2 monthly dues at Padre Garcia Waterworks System Billing Section/Cashier- thru window. All kinds of payment are applicable whether a cash or cheque/check. Two (2) monthly dues above will be considered for disconnection. Consumers can also pay their water bill on authorized water meter reader personnel assigned in their area.
